Welcome to Riverview Church
Join us this Sunday at 9am, 11am or 5pm.
Our Mission:
We are a good news community on mission: loving God, following Jesus and being transformed.
Our Vision:
-
We are becoming a relational community who pay attention to one another with the affection of Christ.
-
We are discovering more of who we are, as we keep company with Christ and learn how to live.
-
We are learning to live present to our city with God’s heart, seeing every person, every place and every moment as an opportunity to echo and embody the love and goodness of Jesus.

Formed in God’s Story: Mark 9 - 16
Wednesdays, 12 Aug - 16 Sep
Mark’s Gospel shows how God’s Messiah received authority not by taking power for himself but by giving his life to rescue the world. We’ll be speaking from these chapters at Riverview in September and October, so this group is your opportunity for a deep dive into the character of our Lord Jesus.
Exploring Baptism
Sunday, 13 September 2026
Baptism is a beautiful and sacred step in the life of a follower of Jesus. This class is designed to explore the meaning and significance of baptism, how we approach it at Riverview, and why it has been practised by Christians for centuries. Whether you're ready to be baptised or still figuring it out, you are welcome here.
World
Curry
Night
Saturday, 29 August 2026
Come celebrate the beautiful diversity of our church over a shared meal, as we gather for World Curry Night!
We’ll enjoy dishes from East Africa, the Subcontinent, and Asia, as we hear Co-Mission stories and further embrace being 'sent ones'; good news people on mission.
Limited tickets available.
