Our very own Sheryll and Kel Flynn are hosting a new season of The Marriage Course. It’s a series of seven sessions designed to help couples intentionally invest in their relationship.
Exploring Dedication

Exploring Dedication is a space designed for parents who are considering having their child dedicated at Riverview Church. In this family-friendly environment, we’ll talk about what baby dedication is, why we see it as a meaningful rite of passage, and how it reflects a family’s desire to raise their child in the way of Jesus. This session is for parents of children under 18 months who are active participants in the life of Riverview Church.

Job & The Justice of God

How do we make sense of life when things don’t work out? We often expect God’s justice to reward those who do right, and correct those who do wrong, yet that doesn’t seem to be working in Job’s case. Why isn’t God doing what we expect? This six-week course, with Allen Browne, explores the dramatic exchanges in the Book of Job as they wrestle with the failure of the retribution principle. The ultimate answer arrives in Christ, God’s suffering servant and the covenant of grace where God is not giving us what we deserve.
