We are a large, vibrant, multicultural, non-denominational church with a passion for seeing lives transformed by the Gospel. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Lead Pastor: Gospel & Witness to champion our vision, teach with depth and clarity, and call people to wholeheartedly follow Jesus.
About the Role
You’ll serve as a key leader, contributing to the spiritual direction and everyday witness of our church. Your primary focus will be:
Teaching & Preaching – Delivering biblically rich, culturally relevant messages that inspire and equip our church.
Community Leadership – Cultivating a culture of discipleship, evangelism, and mission within our diverse congregation.
Collaborative Vision-Casting – Partnering with our leadership team to advance Riverview’s mission in Perth and beyond.
About You
You’re a seasoned Christian leader with a deep love for Jesus and His Church. People describe you as:
A Servant Leader – You shepherd with humility, compassion, and a genuine love for people.
A Compelling Communicator – You have an extraordinary gift for making the Gospel clear and compelling to everyday Australians.
A Relational Bridge-Builder – You thrive in collaborative environments and love fostering partnerships that expand the Kingdom.
What You Bring
10+ years of leadership experience in a contemporary Christian church.
Exceptional preaching and teaching skills, with the ability to engage both seekers and long-time believers.
A track record of discipling others and mobilizing people to live missionally in their everyday lives.
Formal theological training (bachelor's degree minimum).
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
